   • Confirmation that Clearview Park Golf Course date is secured and deposit is paid.

   • Review initial contract details.

3. Budget Approval & 2025 P&L Review (12:15 PM) - Rob Klein (Assumed Finance Lead)

   • Review 2025 financial summary (P&L).

   • Approve the draft 2026 Working Budget based on fixed costs.

4. Sponsorship and Raffle Item Solicitations (12:25 PM) - Committee Leads

   • Report on committed sponsors and revenue status against goal.

   • Review final Sponsorship Packet/Brochure design.

   • Update on confirmed raffle item donations (goal vs. current count).

5. Registration & Marketing Plan (12:35 PM) - Committee Leads

   • Review plan and timeline for launching golfer registration and marketing materials.

   • Action: Confirm registration platform/system.
