NYC Nonprofit Executive Director Roundtable brings together all levels of Directors of nonprofits for high-value interactions that makes a difference to your organization and your career.


We have expanded our Roundtables to all Directors of Nonprofits on a 

bi-monthly basis: 


Roundtable discussions throughout year include:

  • 6 exclusively for nonprofit Executive Directors, and on alternating months,
  • 6 for all Senior Staff and Board members of nonprofit organizations

Manhattan Speaker: Ernest A. Hood

​Ernest Hood has worked in the non-profit sector for more than three decades in a variety of settings including public broadcasting, a museum, an award winning theater company, and a national organization that helps students of color access expanded educational opportunities. Mr. Hood successfully managed The Campaign for Aaron Davis Hall, a $26 million comprehensive campaign that included the renovation of the historic landmark 135th Street Gatehouse into a new dynamic performance space for Harlem Stage. He is currently the Manager Institutional Funders for ANDRUS, a premier social service agency in Westchester County.

Long Island Speaker: Gail Koelln

Gail Koelln is President of GK Grant Writing, a grant writing consulting firm established in 2006. She is also the Co-Director, with Co-Director the Rev. Dr. LoraKim Joyner, of a new not-for-profit organization called One Earth Conservation. As the former Development Director at Queens Theatre in the Park from 1999 to 2006, Gail has many years of experience researching sources of funding and preparing proposals and reports for foundations, corporations and government agencies.
