This year our Forget Me Not Ball will take place on November 7th 2015 at Chateau Briand in Westbury from 6-11 PM. It is a fantastic evening with plenty of networking opportunities. All proceeds go directly to support UCPN and it’s more than 1,800 Children and Adults that receive services. The Better Business Bureau certifies that 91% of UCPN's contributed income goes directly to programming. If you have an interest in supporting the UCPN you may do so in a few ways:

1. Purchase a Journal Ad to promote your business. Brochure will be sent upon request.

2. Donate a prize for our raffle. This could be a gift certificate or anything related to your business. This raffle is a major source of fundraising for our event and anything donated would be greatly appreciated.

3. Attend the Forget Me Not Ball on 11/7. If interested please contact me so I can have an invite mailed to you. ( See below)

4. Purchase a Century Raffle Ticket with a chance for 1 winner out of 200 tickets sold to win $10,000. Tickets are $100 .
